Aside from leading her team at Radiant Resources, Jennifer also takes great pride in her community, where she is currently serving a fourth term as the Mayor of her hometown, Spring Lake, NJ.

Jennifer is also a proud member of the Women's President's Organization (WPO) and Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) 

 29 years speaks for itself! Every company should have someone like Lois, a self-motivated professional who created a customer service methodology that results in outstanding customer engagements. She possesses the passionate ability to thrive in the rapidly evolving IT industry.

Outside of the office, Lois is a certified swim coach and loves spending time outdoors. An avid hiker, she has completed the Lake Placid 9'er hiking challenge and is in the process of completing the Adirondack 46er challenge. She has also hiked the Inca trail ascending the steps of Machu Picchu to its summit.
